• Establishment and supervision of a Claims and Change Department of 21 employees including engineers, economists, lawyers and an international scheduling team

• Supervising SOW changes, utility relocation and reconciliation, claims and time delay analysis

• Managing change related information system and facilitated knowledge management in process control

• Preparing and drafting claims and other legal, technical and financial documents

• Conducting legal and commercial negotiations with state representatives

• Managing claims and reconciliation processes with the state in the scope of hundreds of millions of US dollars

• Securing $65 million payment in claims settlement and receivables in three years

• Section 18 – securing tens of millions of US dollars in claims settlement and payments receivables in two years

• Managing and handling road 6 expansion and interchange expansion in the scope of hundreds of millions of US dollars
